If you like the cutesy stuff, I highly suggest a Kdrama called Legend of the Blue Sea, its sooo cute and pure, and GOT7 Jinyoung makes casual appearances as the younger version of the Main Lead

Most ppl think that Eunwoo was not showing emotions in this drama but he was right amount of emotions. His character was asked to be like this. You should watch clip of Eunwoo as MJ. He was a side character in hit the top but all his scenes were amazing. If you get chance do search Eunwoo in hit the top on YouTube & you will realise how amazing he is. There, he was funny, narcissist, handsome idol

A thing I really like about this drama is that they could've easily went the usual drama route and made Kyung Seok and Woo Young hate each other and be nasty bc they like the same girl, but they didn't, and they actually followed through with their early characterisation of Woo Young as a caring senior and that didn't change that even though he's also obviously aware that Kyung Seok also likes Mi Rae. Same with Kyung Seok, he's very obviously jealous of Woo Young at points, but he also sees that Woo Young isn't a bad guy. What I also like is what they continue to show about looks and society? It started with just Mi Rae realising that just because she got surgery and looks conventionally attractive now, it didn't magically solve all her problems. And then with CEO Na, they continued with that, and they're continuing to show that through both Hyun Soo Ah and Kyung Seok. I really like the juxtaposition of Soo Ah and Kyung Seok and how differently they use their looks? While Kyung Seok seems to hate the idea of getting smth bc he looks the way he does, Soo Ah has almost weaponised it? (I totally think the manager was going to fire the other cafe worker, but didn't in the end because Kyung Seok didn't take the job in the end. Also sorry for the long comment, I just have so many thoughts about this drama lmao)

I was giggling the entire time I watched this video, both at the episode itself and at your reactions. I also love how the show continues finding new avenues to explore lookism, in this episode with the cafe worker who was going to be fired to make room for Kyung Seok - and how he does live by his mother's maxim of not hurting those in a worse position than him - as well as even Yoon Byul's crush on the TA and how her friends suggest a makeover for him to like her. Not to say that Woo Young isn't a good guy, but is even a "good guy" worth changing your style for if it's what makes you comfortable? And then, unrelated but still wonderful, we have Mirae realizing she can take joy in others' happiness because she cares about them. She's always been so focused on herself and her pain, and now she's free to open up not because she's suddenly pretty (others being attracted to her still makes her confused and uncomfortable) but because she's made friends with those who were around even before. Sorry for babbling, but I love this show and your insightful comments on it!

1:05:55 some people said that in the beginning before the drama started because the original webtoon was so famous and people couldn't really imagine Eunwoo with this kind of character because his original personality is so different (smiles a lot, kind & nice) from Kyung Seok. But after the drama started, people agreed that Eunwoo was perfect for this role (which I am really glad!!).

Because of your viewing of the show I have started to see it differently. And now I'm falling in love with this series. Before when I first watched it I didn't like it that much. I liked other works by Eunwoo better. I love his character in Rookie Historian and in Revenge note he was good also. But now I'm starting to see multiple levels in this series. I can't wait for next episode. And I'm waiting for you to start some different Kdrama. This feels like someone is watching with me. I don't have anyone to watch Kdrama with me.

i think i'd have to say that this was my favorite episode out of the whole serious. idk but i really loved seeing the progress made between Kyung seok and his mom. it added something special to this whole drama. :) can't wait for next episode!
