ND Update July 2022

This month has been a hoot! So much has been happening on our end, and we wanted to let everyone know what has been happening!

PDF Updates

Our Gamemaster, OnCallGM's basement has flooded! On top of being sick and all sorts of things going on, we will delay the three big PDFs we're making until later this month. We will be getting the big three free PDFs released this month. Just the world keeps fighting against us!

And please send OnCallGM and ToTellStories on Discord some love. As they’re currently having a rough time. (Here is a GIF of their current situation)

We appreciate your patience with this. Here are some previews of what we've been working on!

New Campaigns! What? Who are these people?

I want to introduce two new streams we will be doing! Along with the players that will be journeying with us!

I want to make several notes here to help avoid confusion and answer some common questions I'm sure to get on Discord and other places.

q. Are they replacing the main crew?

a. These groups/streams are an addition to our programming, not a replacement! Rotgrind is continuing with the group you know and love.

q. Will we get PDFs out of their adventures too?

a. Sadly no! ToTellStories and OnCallGM are busy enough dealing with our band of chucklefuks. ZoranTheBear, Game Mastering these adventures, will do his best to provide behind-the-scenes notes of these campaigns. But making our super fancy PDFs for all these campaigns is a massive undertaking, and we'd have to make a bunch more to hire a lot of people to make that happen.

q. Is this a Zoran thing or a ND thing?

a. All ND things are Zoran things! But these groups will be under the ND name specifically.

Now introducing...

Rotgrind: Hunt in Amari! (Name subject to change)

This is an experiment Zoran has wanted to do for a while. To use Vtuber models to help tell who is who, show expressions, reactions, etc.

This campaign, run by ZoranTheBear, will be set within the Rotgrind universe. The party will start their journey within the city of Outset to eventually find themselves on the continent of Amari. A mystical land plagued with horrific creatures, cutthroat kingdoms, and a haunting secret that affects the continent!

Currently, this group is going through several sessions 0s. This is to help see if they're comfortable and if we're comfortable, along with teaching them how to play Pathfinder Second Edition.

Pathfinder 2E: The Abomination Vaults!

This campaign runs through Paizo's official mega-dungeon, The Abomination Vaults. This one will be more rules focused, which means we will miss some bits and mess up some rules! If you want a more crunchy dungeon diving adventure, this would be it!  This adventure will NOT be in the Rotgrind setting. But in Pathfinder's setting of Golarion. This is mainly for work/time sake, as converting everything in this adventure to be in Rotgrind would be a lot of work. The focus however is just the dungeon.
