The Larders of Outset - Rotgrind Lore PDF (Patreon)

Hello once again everyone, this is Earndil writing to you live from scenic My House.  We have an interesting item to share with all of you, one I have put an inordinate amount of effort into writing, and both Jamie and Thurston have put an inordinate amount of time shoring up!

When I personally get introduced to a setting, I often ask myself simple questions about the place and how it functions, questions like "What do they eat?" "How to do they grow food?" "What do they sell to people?" "How is this place still going?" "Where do they go to the bathroom?" I ask these questions not only to myself, but to the setting in question as a means of getting a quick, and simple answer that precludes me asking these questions all throughout my time spent in the setting.

While I cannot claim to have an in-depth knowledge of how sewers work, or the socio-economic status of Outset compared to the rest of this decaying world, I do know food. I have gone above and beyond what is required to answer the first question of "What do they eat?" because it can be a very fun question to answer! In this PDF, expect to read about the mundane, and the interesting foodstuffs procured, created, and enjoyed by the people of Outset, all in an effort to better highlight this city and its... peculiarity.
