Thank you for your patience guys. I promise I haven't been spending all my time on Totk lol. I had to wrap up a semester of online college and dealt with IRS and A/C issues. xP

Anyway, I finally get this set ready! In this set, D.Va's been captured by the Federal Overwatch Commission Board, which has determined that she is too powerful and must be NERFED! However, her manager tries to prove that she is too weak and pathetic to be nerfed and is thus tied up to prove the point.
