Mayan Girl: Feet Portrait (Patreon)

This is the finished piece of a Mayan girl having a good time at late hours <3. Looked up some reference to get some of the gear she is wearing (not much I know)<3.

Also, I felt the need to add a little anecdote for the piece, so I did one <3.

"Tired, and sleepy, she trod along the wooden steps to her home with a sigh. A day of work passed, and finally, the night crept in. Her feet, legs, body and arms ached; this time, too weak to change her attire. The moonlight crept on her face as she passed the porch on her abode, glistening of sweat and darkened spots of dirt. Each step became heavier and heavier, and her feet ached more and more, even the creaking, wooden floors began to hurt her head. She came to a stop, and lay on the floor; this somehow felt better than being at her room, for it was too far.  Now relaxed, yet still sleepy, she enjoyed the welcoming moonlight and perfect breeze of the night."

P.S.: Nearly all my pieces have been in a style of render., so this time, I decided to do some cel shading <3.  Cel shading is quite simple, yet, helps a lot; Cel shading helps when trying to simplify light and color.  It doesn't mean I completely left my usual style, I'm simply taking the opportunity to break down lighting and color to learn it a little better.

Maybe I'll render it in the future <3.
