A more minimalistic approach (Patreon)

I have been very critical about my art as of now. I haven't been delighted with my current pieces and their art direction, but not for the lack of quality instead of a lack of "soul" in my craft.

How Am I expressing myself through this? What's what I genuinely like doing? And what's the kind of artist I want to become in the future?

A friend of mine sent me a Fate meme, so I ended up re-drawing the meme in question, and the result is this.

My art feels the best whenever I express through the shape design of the piece more so than through the lineart or render itself.

I like Masaaki Yuasa's approach to art, but I wonder if something like that would work for me.
