LA Noire Characters (Patreon)

"Phelps, badge 1247."  Cole, Jack Kelso, Elsa Lichtmann and Roy Earle, Cole's corrupt partner have entered the tumultuous world of Del Sol Valley in The Sims!   I'm especially pleased with how Cole and Elsa turned out.
