The sliders are not necessary if you do not choose to use them.  However, I would strongly suggest downloading the [BB Files] from the shared cc folder as those were the first body overrides that I downloaded.  The [BB Files] can be found on Loverslab.  Wildguy, on LL, also makes skin details that are worth downloading.

There are other body overrides in the shared CC folder, so download at your discretion. Obviously, if you already have them, there is no need to re-download.
