Public Release of Iris Quest: Chapter One! (Patreon)

Greetings, Patreon and non-Patreon comrades!

Here comes the day of the public release of “Iris Quest: Chapter One”!

The main difference between public and patreon-only versions is fixes made after our patreons played the game.

This time the changelog is as follows:

1) The mechanics of battle with the King of Imps were reworked.

2) Imps also received their share of new skills.

3) We finally implemented the system of transferring your game data between chapters.

4) Slightly simplified the running sequence and added arrow keys support.

5) And made various minor tweaks here and there.

But don’t think the only reward our patreons received was the unpolished version of the game!

It will include:

1) The art from Chapter One, which you can not only view, but also save to make a wallpaper or just admire the view in high resolution.

2) Drafts for that art. Various scribbles and sketches.

3) An illustrated list of different pop culture references made in the game. Then again, we didn’t add them for you to miss them!

4) Various additional materials and stories about glitches and secret bugs which we encountered during the Chapter One development.

As for us, we’re probably going to finally have some rest until the end of this week. But at the beginning of the next one we’re gonna give you some good news about the Chapter Two development.
