Q. I can’t see parts of your game graphics! All the dialogue windows are shown on transparent background, so I can’t read a thing! Help!

A. This is the rare bug of the game engine reproducible on some integrated video cards. And it has a solution! Hold Shift key right after game launch, or press Shift + G after the game has started. Then choose another option for rendering (in particular, “Force Software Renderer”). Restart the game and… Voilà! 

Q. Hey, I just ran three laps around your damned dungeon, lost final battle and saw a few interesting images… Is that it?! Are you serious?!

A. The depth of 'The Goblins’ Curse' is a lot bigger than its length. That’s because of its rogue-like nature and our attempts to add a bit of replayability to our project. The game has a total of 7 possible endings, a couple of plot twists, a bunch of secrets and a variety of items which could help Iris to break free from this ‘damned dungeon’. And there are more than ‘a few interesting images’. Believe us. You just haven’t found them yet.

Q. So, is this the new face of “Iris Quest"? And where is the old combat, transition between rooms and everything else from old times?! Did you completely change project’s look and content?

A. By no means. ’The Goblins’ Curse' was planned to be a separate module, 'a small mini-game’ for the main one (yes, ‘old combat’, ’transition between rooms’, etc. is the main game). What we finally created wasn’t exactly ‘a small mini-game', so we released the result separately. With its own story, characters and endings. That’s how it went.

Q. Is this everything you’ve managed to do for IQ for all this time?

A. No. Not everything. You’ll see it all after the full release of Iris Quest. And no, you won’t have to wait for three years. And no again, we won’t tell you the exact release date for now. But we assure you, breaking free from 'The Goblin’s Curse’ will speed up the development of the main game GREATLY.

Q. How to unlock the first, the third and the seventh ending and find remaining cards?

A. You’ll have to make a few more runs and try doing something you haven’t done previously… Or to look for advices in release post comments. But our whole friendly group of developers insists on the latter being bad sportsmanship!

Q. I can’t figure out your combat system! All these defense boosts, counterattacks, magic numbers…

A. To clarify these points, we specially added to 'The Goblins’ Curse' 1.0.1 a training fight sequence with detailed explanations. To start it, you’ll just have to pick any fight as Iris for a first time. Also there will be very informative pop-up hints on the magic numbers, explaining where they came from.

We are monitoring your feedback and correcting our mistakes (and we’re talking not only about bugfixes). ^__^

lol at combat. ive beaten and got all endings/cards and all i can say is combat is fuckign random. some plays no matter how hard you have goal to do 1 thing you will NEVER get it.
