Love this episode. Really liked how they introduced Ellie’s gun as Frank’s. Can’t remember if it was like that in the game? And that last shot of their bedroom window opened, wow.

*Game spolier* Ellie gets a gun from Joel. he gets in a fight with a bad guy and drops it during the struggle. Ellie picks it up and shoots the bad guy. Joel ends up letting her keep the gun.

I really love this episode. It was directed by Peter Hoar, a British director. He directed a great drama called It’s a Sin, a great show about the LGBT community in London in the 1980s. Worth adding to the watchlist, it should be on HBO Max.
