An incredible start. Many of the changes were improvements on the game from a narrative and character development perspective, such as the intro scene, spending more time with Sarah and Joel before the outbreak, building tension before the outbreak, the fungus coming out of the infected’s mouths, the intensity of the car ride and having a plane crash instead of a car accident, fleshing out the Boston QZ, showing Ellie being imprisoned by the Fireflies, and Joel having a flashback of his daughter being killed when the soldier is about to kill Ellie. This was Joel’s episode and Pedro Pascal was excellent. Several critics who have seen the entire first season have said that Bella is the standout, even more than Pedro. Did you ever play the DLC for part 1? You didn’t react when Marlene asked Ellie “was Riley a terrorist” so I thought maybe you never played it.

I'd definitely go with the "no-spoiler" run, so to say, if only because it might have been a while for many of us.
