I will never forget how I felt after seeing this episode for the first time. Aside from being insanely well put together and filmed (along with incredible soundtrack), the drop at the end is purely heartbreaking. Amazing acting by Rami Malek and Vera's actor as well (whose name is Elliot lol). On IMDB this one has a 9.9/10 rating, and right now it's the 6th highest rated of all time. It's built different.

Best episode of the show. The 5 act structuring of it with the reveal at the end was simply masterful. On the same level as Ozymandias and Plan & Execution for me

Some people have pointed out that the five acts in this episode represent the five stages of grief: 1. Denial, 2. Anger, 3. Bargaining, 4. Depression, 5. Acceptance.

Remember that Vera's mission was to break Elliot so he could build him up. He might have seemed supportive at the end but it was all to manipulate and control Elliot.
