I don't think Criston genuinly wanted to sleep with Rhaenyra. Kingsguard take an oath of celibacy and Criston takes his oaths seriously. So if someone found out Criston slept with Rhaenyra he could be sent to the Wall or more likely, be executed. But if he rejects Rhaenyra, she COULD (even tho maybe she wouldn't) just tell Viserys that Criston tried to force himself on her and then he would probably be executed. Again I don’t think Rhaenyra would do that but the fear is certainly there for Criston, so I think he just didn't feel like he had a choice. And Rhaenyra was the one who gave him his postition so he probably feels like he owes her y'know. I feel kinda bad for Criston tbh. As for Daemon, I do think he loves Rhaenyra truly. But he mostly did it to get back at Viserys, but then when he realizes that Rhaenyra actually wants to sleep with him, he gets uncomfortable and feels like he is losing control of the plan/situation which causes him to leave her. But those are just my thoughts on the matter

I agree with your thoughts Daemon: I think he was trying to use her but ultimately couldn't go through it because he has genuine affection for her. But I don't think Criston felt forced/didn't want to sleep with Rhaenyra at all. They wouldn't have filmed this scene like that (in a romantic way, with him smiling) if it was the case. Of course he was hesitant at first because of his oath but the writers already showed us in the previous episodes that they have a soft spot for each other.

Yeah Wini after rewatching I have changed my mind a bit on Criston. I still don't think he was 100% down but I also don't think he felt ”forced” to do it anymore. He was probably just shocked at first cuz I don't think he thought about her romantically before y'know
