Update + Sorry! (Patreon)

Hey everyone, just wanted to do an update post here for the end of the month. First, just wanted to say sorry for being really bad at uploading content on here and on YouTube the past little while. I could list some excuses but I wont because there's no reason I still couldn't have been better about being more consistent. I'm especially upset at myself for not uploading any Stranger Things videos when I included that in my "What's Coming Up" post for this month. Yes, I'll still be reacting to the new season, I didn't give up on it. Hopefully you've enjoyed what has been uploaded recently anyway but expect a return to more of a regular schedule now. 

The second portion of this post is a bit more exciting. Over the past little while I've been working on a new computer/desk setup and just recently finished. My computer that I've been using since I started the channel has been ok but definitely not great and my set up was not really conducive to filming anything at my desk either. But I built my own computer this time around specifically to handle heavier editing loads as well as set up an entirely new desk/work area where I have a dedicated filming setup. Now I wouldn't be filming movie/tv show reactions here as that'd be a downgrade from watching on a tv with speakers, but this setup allows me to finally film other types of things I've wanted to for a while. 

The first and probably biggest thing is I can now film gameplays which is something I first talked about doing last year. I'm excited to do these and hopefully you're excited to watch along because there's a number of games I've been saving for a long time for this purpose. I also wanted your input on something regarding this too. There's two directions I can go here, the first being uploading the gameplays on my current channel (benefits to this are everyone who already follows me can easily see my videos and I don't have to worry about additional accounts/set up), the second being starting another channel that's just focused on gameplays (benefits to this are that it keeps different content separated and makes it perhaps a bit more organized/easy to find, although the videos would likely not do nearly as well, at least in the beginning). Obviously you all would be the ones watching the videos, so which would you prefer/which do you like better with the channels you watch?

Besides gameplays, I can also film additional reactions at this location that don't need my tv setup (these could be any sort of videos relating to films/shows/etc.). For example, I still have never watched the additional Joker scene from The Batman this year, which is something I could now react to at this setup. Also, I've been wanting to try out some non-reaction videos which I can film at this setup as well, whether that's video essays, tier lists or movie reviews (not just me talking to the camera movie reviews, more like Mista GG walkthrough style movie videos). Let me know anything you'd like to see me watch, or any ideas you might have relating to this.

The Mr. Robot uploads from today were the first videos I edited on this new setup and it was life-changing compared to my previous setup haha. Some things may still take some getting used to but I'm hoping this makes a big difference on my time management, organization, and range of content. 

Lastly, just wanted to do the usual "what's coming up" segment at the end of this. HOPEFULLY this will prove to be accurate unlike the last one (again, really sorry!). 

-Better Call Saul Season 6 (so sad it will be ending this month, what a journey)

-Mr. Robot Season 3 Part 2 - second half of the season

-Stranger Things Season 4

-House of the Dragon (personally I've been super excited for this ever since it was announced, no idea what the public opinion is as far as anticipation)

-I know the release is September 2nd and not this month but LORD OF THE RINGS IS CLOSE 

-Movies...I want to watch some, let's see if it actually happens this month lol
