Definitely a hard watch, but very much worth it. Will be considered one of Scott's best.

Just watched this film for the first time with you, Brandon. Really appreciated your general reaction and comments throughout. It was really brutal and absolutely enraging at times but I loved how much was given to Marguerite's POV (as it should've been, of course). I'm so glad she got to live out the rest of her days in relative peace with her adorable little boy.
