This week's schedule is a little different as Saturday I'll be watching all the episodes of Mike Flanagan's new show Midnight Mass (if you're not sure who he is, he did Haunting of Hill House & Bly Manor, Doctor Sleep, and several other recent great horror films). There's no episode numbers listed since I'm watching them all in approximately 1 sitting, so I'll be uploading the full length reactions as fast as I can get them all edited. Because that's going to take a lot of time, it's replacing a movie on that day and there won't be an edited movie reaction that day either. As with the other shows right now, there's no current plans to do an edited reaction of Midnight Mass for YouTube right away, just the full lengths for now.

Another slight change, after seeing your comments on the poll with The Abyss winning about it not being a horror/thriller at all (I was under the impression it was thrilling, plus it's underwater which does frighten me lol) I'll be moving that to the beginning of November instead after horrors/thrillers are done. So 2nd place (Mandy) and 3rd place on that poll will be done first.

Always the It's Always Sunny fan I am of course SO excited for you to continue that journey, But the rest of the season is extra fun, because all the last 4 episodes intertwine in their own way :D

oh wow i'm so excited you're doing a midnight mass binge i absolutely love everything mike flanagan touches

You if start listening to anyone who says "that's not a real horror movie" then you'll find out nothing is a horror movie... And saying Abyss is not an horror film totally spoils its content. Nice.

So happy you are watching Midnight Mass! I'm ready to watch it again. :)

Midnight Mass is legit the most disturbing show I’ve ever seen

Charlie

hey brandon! apologies if this has already been adressed but in regards to third and fourth seasons of fargo will you finish those in the future?

Hey! 3rd season of Fargo has all the full length reactions here, not sure when a YouTube video for it will come though. Not many people were showing interest in reactions to the 4th season so only the first 2 episodes have full length reactions. I may revisit it at some point though.

So pumped for Mulholland Drive! easily my favorite Lynch film….. Also, the long awaited trailer for Paul Thomas Anderson’s new film, Licorice Pizza came out today… good day to be a film lover!

I saw the Licorice Pizza trailer today too. It's the first I've heard of it. It seems autobiographical to me. Is it based on PTA's earlier years?

Jeff Milcheck

There may be some autobiographical elements as it takes place in the 70’s in Paul’s beloved San Fernando Valley, but it seems to be about an up and coming actor… this was the official synopsis released today “ “Licorice Pizza” is the story of Alana Kane and Gary Valentine growing up, running around and falling in love in the San Fernando Valley, 1973. Written and Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, the film tracks the treacherous navigation of first love.”…… the kid playing the lead is Cooper Hoffman. Phillip Seymore Hoffman’s son making his acting debut. Another interesting factoid is Bradley Cooper is playing Hollywood producer Jon Peters. Most known these days as the wacky producer from Kevin Smiths famous Superman story… if you haven’t heard it, YouTube it. It’s hilarious!

Yup, he loves those giant spiders. Thanks for the run down.

Wait, what? I mean, the Abyss isn't a slasher flick or something, and has other elements, but I didn't think it was inappropriate for this month's theme one bit, personally.
