This is going to be a longer post. So I just found out very abruptly that my editor isn't going to edit for me anymore, unfortunately without giving me any sort of notice (he may not have even told me had I not asked where the edit for today was). To give you an idea of how this affects my workload, since January (when my editor started consistent work for me) they've been editing all the YouTube videos, except the Always Sunny videos which I've continued to edit the whole time (the rest of the videos were a little less than 30 hours per week for them). Before that I was working approximately 80 hours per week to keep up the Patreon and YouTube schedule, and after doing so for months really harmed me mentally and knowing this I can't let myself get to that stage again. The scary part for me is that after going through over 200 applicants, they were the only one that was close enough to my editing style that I felt comfortable trusting my videos to them, and so I'm worried I wont be able to find another editor that fits. I'll try to find someone else who can edit over the next little bit while trying my best to get all the edits out to you here and on YouTube. If I can't find someone that edits up to the standards I need I may have to adjust how I do things/my schedule. I know I could maybe settle for subpar editing but that's one thing I've never wanted to slack off on or accept, and hopefully it's shown in some way throughout the life of the channel. And who knows, maybe it'll end up being a good thing if I take over full ownership of the editing again, if it comes to that. Overall though, right now I'm really disappointed that after finally settling down after a move I was excited to get into a better groove than ever, and was even planning on recording a bit more per week/month because my current arrangement is much more conducive to filming/editing. I just wanted to let you all know the situation so if anything slows down/changes you know the reason for it.

Damn. It’s hard to get good help these days. With that said…taking care of yourself should be a priority. Without a solid state of mental and physical well-being; your quality of life - and the success of your channel will be compromised. But…YOU are first over everything else! Take it easy Brandon ❤️
