They spared no expense in this film and built an entire city on the Pinewood lot . Yep a fully functional city. And to me this is the best version of Gotham I've seen.

Batman Returns is even better. Not sure how it'll win on a poll, so you might have to choose to watch that

I don’t like returns nearly as much. The whole movie feels more like it's on a hollywood set to me than the original.
