I've received/seen several messages about possibly watching Breaking Bad S5E8 only this next week and waiting a week before watching E9. Since there's only 1 episode being uploaded to YouTube this week everyone on here would still be 2 episodes ahead as usual if I only did 1 next week so I figured I'd leave it open for you all to decide!

Regardless of how this poll goes I would REAAAAAAALLY suggest waiting the week. It won't be the full year+ the viewers had to wait, but that wait really does mean a lot, and adds to the overall experience

Its an uneven # of episodes to watch 2 but u can always watch and upload El Camino as a 2nd episode for the week with the finale

Why? Just because we had to is a bad reason. What do u gain from waiting except blue balls. In this case might as well just wait a week to start any new season of any show cause it takes time to make thats the nature of it we are always gonna have to wait in between seasons. Who watches a finished bingable show and goes oh yea I can't wait to wait and watch this like the og fans. Dont tell me BRBA is gonna be the new star wars where people fight over how to watch it. I had no idea this was even a thing.

I tell you what, watch episode 8 then decide if you want to wait a week for the next episode, i think i can speak for most people here in saying that if the next episode was available, no one would wait to watch it.

Honestly I think just the fact that you know people had to wait a year between episodes is enough for me. No point in punishing us fans of BrBa again by making us wait a week for your reaction 😜😂

I've already chimed in with my opinion (split the episodes) on another post, but I'll just reiterate it here. It's not just about the wait, I think it's also a good point to digest and reflect on the first half of the season (5A), before moving on to 5B, the final story arc of the series. I think a good compromise between the two options would maybe be an extended discussion and review after Episode 8. Treat it as a season finale (which it effectively was). Talk about your thoughts on the story thus far, and your predictions on where you think the final eight episodes will take us. Then go ahead and go right into Ep. 9 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Everyone just wants you to binge-watch the remaining episodes. Instant gratification is the name of the game, and we want to see your reactions no later than last week.

Honest opinion: I think you should continue doing 2/week and then reacting to the final episode alone right before the New Year. That's a great way to close out 2020.

Honestly, wait and see how you feel after episode 8. I say let's dive into it, but there are definite a few episodes where that time to sit on and savor really adds to the experience.

I binge watched season 5 after it had aired. I took no break. I enjoyed it without the wait way more than you people sound like you did.

Because it was a season break cliffhanger and if we all had to wait a year for the resolution we could at least make Brandon wait a week!
