I'm pretty sure Starlight has had sex before and is not a virgin. I think the point of that scene is to show how much they were trying to manipulate things with the teens during that Q&A and how much Starlight felt removed from the ideologies that the folks there were trying to preach. the same with all the posters about being gay. when she used to go to that festival as a teen, she had similar ideologies but now that she is older and has been out in the world more, she doesn't believe these things anymore and is feeling conflicted. such a great episode about discovering who you are and having the courage to accept yourself, no matter what. love Starlight!
