Your question about do they still have boats like that with separated classes? Obviously more expensive cabins, etc... I don't even want to talk about that. :( Suffice to say, it was very recent that there were over 10,000 cruise ship employees still trapped on boats, some of which throwing themselves overboard not unlike Rose seemingly contemplated in this movie to kill themselves. Of course, the passengers were off. Passenger divide? That's one thing. Cruise ship companies operating out of places that enable them to hire cheap foreign labourers toss all of their garbage into the ocean? Put those cheap foreign labourers sleeping in super cramped, dank quarters together, including ones who are too 'sick' to work (or want to quit because it's super fucked up) during covid outbreak and making them work around the clock while cruise ship customers are in room to room quarantine? Yeah, that's a thing. I like the idea of a zoo or cruise ship's offerings as much as the next guy or gal, given the opportunity. But yes. There is still grossness associated.

Everytime I think about this movie it reminds me of the Story of Violet Jessop, she was a nurse on all 3 of the "White Star Line" Ships that sank. She survived all three disasters and died in 1971.

You still have super expensive cabins for the rich folks, but now on airplanes instead: https://youtu.be/JN1q2NCNRPg?t=478
