48:15 John Travolta was seen as a "has been" in 1994 when the movie was made. His big claim to fame was the disco dancing in 1970:s movies like Saturday Night Fever etc. So it was fun to see him dancing in this movie.

54:00 She thought it was cocaine. But Vincent Vega is old-school, and uses heroin. In a previous scene, the drug dealer asked him if he could put the heroin in a cocaine baggie. If you snort heroin, I guess you'll have a bad day.

2:02:35 That's Harvey Keitel, who starred in family friendly movies such as "Bad Lieutenant".

I just joined and wanted to thank you for putting a timestamp and blurred image so I don't get paranoid about losing track! Very handy

Carlos Hurtado

i Love the dialogue in Tarantino movies. A lot of times the conversations are mundane but the actors always do a great job in their delivery. It’s always so entertaining. My other favorite Tarantino movies are Reservoir dogs and Jackie Brown.

Love his style from the movies I've seen from him, definitely would be down to check out more of his work!

Hi Brandon! Loving your commentaries. Do you have a time frame of when you will release the full commentary for Godfather? I understand that it might take a while and you are already releasing a ton of reactions so don't stress on my account. Have a nice day!

Hi Rasmus! I'm so glad you're enjoying them 🙂 hopefully in the next couple weeks, it just depends on how caught up I get with other stuff

This movie is probably the most 'Tarantino' among all his work. Dialog and foot fetish are his trademarks. Oh, and sudden bursts of violence. All his movies are very dialog-driven but usually have a consistent story arc. I think the one film of his that's the most conventional is Jackie Brown. Probably because it's based on a book unlike the others.

dude you could have done this on youtube. i just paid for a movie timer pretty much...sad

brandonlikesmovies

I'm sorry if you were expecting to get the movie for free. As it's illegal to upload entire movies this is the standard procedure for every reaction channel

Future Boy

We're paying for a 2hr 37 minute reaction, not the film. I'm loving these full-length reactions since I signed up!

Aimee

I watch several reaction channels who upload the entire movie (as well as television shows), and they have never had any issues, and I pay the same per month for that access. Reactions like this are pretty pointless for movies we might not have access to. If all we can see is blurry footage and you making comments with no obvious reference to the viewer, then what are we paying $10 for? I'm not trying to be harsh, but this format isn't all that useful for those movies we can't watch on our own, and $10 is a lot of money for watching you react to a movie that we can't see ourselves.

Brandon 'the brains are just chillin in his afro' Likes Movies.

@Aimee (and somewhat @Tim oh) Late to this party, but since Brandon didn't respond to this, I'd like to point out that he said it's illegal to play the whole movie so that it can be seen, and you're saying "but others have done it without a problem!" He's saying illegal, you're saying "but others get way with it." Notice the difference?
