Great reaction. I'm looking forward to the last episode. the acting has been so good. Boris quickly turned into my favorite person in the show. i like how he's evolved since the 2nd episode.

That Boris phone scene was intense, but the soldier's lunch and revelation scene at the end were great too. The episodes keep getting better.

On the point of cigarettes, i think they symbolize these mens realisation of their life being over in some way in this show. You can see Legasov starting to smoke throughout the show more and more, in the end of this episode you see Pavel starting to smoke which he didn't do before.
