So what I took away from this video along with the lyrics is that the party scenes are him in a euphoric dream state to escape from the turbulence of his life (which is what I think the mud represents - notice he gets pulled into the mud in the beginning which is why his hand is covered in it at the end). Also, Jimin's whole theme for this album is uncovering his most vulnerable thoughts that he had during the pandemic as he faces himself and acknowledges the pain he went through and every song on the album seamlessly connects to the next. But basically this video shows how he escapes from the depressing thoughts he experienced. There's better explanations/theories for the music video on Twitter.
