this was such a hard episode to watch. my dad passed 3 months ago today and i completely understand her feelings of regret for certain things, like getting angry with him or not saying i love you enough. i really hope that this episode helped yoohyeon in any way, it seems like she’d been holding a lot of it in.

I've always been skeptical of hypnosis (not really a religious/spiritual guy) but I guess you can look at it as something like an assisted lucid dream kind of thing? Dreams can be really powerful, and it tends to evoke a strong emotion related to your subconscious. And this episode is really dear to me tbh, felt really personal and vulnerable. Really admire Yoohyeon for opening up about such a sensitive topic

You don't need to believe in it. If the connections between certain parts of your brain are there in a specific pattern then it will work. The majority of people don't have that and only about 10% can be perfectly hypnotized. You won't know until you try it with a medical doctor who has the accredited training.
