This is so early Japanese Twice. I only watch them because of the Nizi Project so I really like the members. I'll keep watching them to see how they develop and wait for them to grow out of their cute phase. Mihi is still too thin and I don't really like the way they've cut back on the members individuality in favor of a group image. Mako, who was a superstar in the Nizi Project, is barely visible here and her girl crush vibe is completely gone. JYP said NiziU was going to be a world group, but they're clearly aimed at the Japanese market.

This is my favorite single of theirs so far. The only slow-down is for the bridge, but it builds to an exuberant crescendo and just SOARS with Nina's belted note and the other background ad-libs.. Even the rap section is tightly integrated with the rest of the song. It really epitomizes the group's energetic rainbow color concept. And then final parting line is the cherry on top: "Ah-always, we need you." Chef's kiss.

Been playing both of their singles non-stop this week. They also put out a dance performance for Take a Picture! I'm obsessed. In my opinion, they still give off SOME Twice vibes, but I truly feel that they're finding their own lane and their own sound. Their performances are also getting better everytime! Their voices are still maturing so I can't blame their pitch sometimes, but they have improved IMMENSELY as far as power, stamina, and confidence goes. They still have cute moments, I can tell they're still getting used to looking directly into a camera while performing... But they're seriously improving so much otherwise. Their choreos are also getting more and more intricate, especially all their different formations. Excited to see them continue to evolve!

I just started getting into NiziU and i want to go back and watch all of the season 2 NiziU projects you reacted to and it's saying the videos do not exist :(
