I'm not sure if I should say this, but it's only 5 minutes into the video and I feel uncomfortable watching you mention Momo every time Heechul interacting with other girls (Dahyun here in this case). I mean, I'm not against them dating, but it's far in the future, and Momo had nothing to do with him at this time. Mentioning the relationship at this stage only makes thing become awkward in an unnecessary way. Even in Knowing Bros when you watch them later. And for your information, Momo and Heechul have not appeared together on any shows after their relationship was confirmed earlier this year. Maybe it's only me, but I hope you can refrain from mentioning them while watching old shows. Thank you :)

I mean they are dating now so watching them interact with each other pre dating in my eyes is very interesting. I'm very happy for them both and as they are currently dating mentioning it now and observing their behavior in my eyes is in no way awkward or disrespectful. So I'll always listen to everyones opinion but as long as I'm not being disrespectful to anyone with my comments I'll always react and talk about things that are interesting to me!

Weekly Idol, from my understanding, is a show which tries to promote the "idol" aspect of Kpop stars. Whereas idols go to music shows to promote their performances and music, Weekly Idol is one of those variety shows where they can show off their personalities, unique talents, etc. and create viral clips. A lot of clips you'll find in compilations are actually from Weekly Idol and some other variety shows. TBH, Twice's variety show appearances during their earlier eras aren't my favourite. Though they can be entertaining to watch, it can get a little awkward, mostly because they haven't developed their sense for these types of shows yet. So if you're already enjoying these, I can't wait to see you react to my favourite episodes lol.

Just my two cents. Momo, and probably most of the girls, are gonna look awkardly to heechul not really because they are attracted to him. It's mainly that he is a member of one of the most famous boy group of the 2nd generation and a very experienced idol. He had a lot of experience in Tv shows and in the entertainement world as a whole. You've seen how they all react when they meet their JYP seniors ? well with heechul, at this state of their carriers, it's like meeting the senior of their seniors (in term of fame and experience, not age). So well ... yes we now know that they are dating, but here i think what you are seeing is massive starstruck and fangirling, nothing more :)

and btw The female MC is Hani, a membre of EXID who got massive success before twice era (they are in a hiatus now) and all of twice are probably also very impressed and intimidated to share a TV show set with her too ! Still ... Hani is one of the idol with the best off and on personnality i've ever seen. IF one day you react to EXID and EXID compilation ... i'm pretty sure you'll love her

At the begining when they said "This team is Dahyun's group, the member we saw in the first segment", they are making refference to a segment that they have in that program called "Idols Are the Best, corner", there appear Got7's Jackson, Twice's Dahyun, GFriend's SinB and Monsta X's Jooheon (along with the MC's obviously). On that segment their participants enganged in differents activities/competences, it was pretty funny actually. This episode is the beginning of alot of Momo x Heechul moments. Even though there wasnt really one in this episode. In hinsight all those moments are obviously even funnier with the knowledge we have now than they are on their own. But everyone has to keep in mind that all those moments in the variety shows had nothing to do with the relationship they have now. There was nothing more than a collegial friendship going on behind the scenes during all those shows. Momo said she was always honest with Onces and we all should trust her word. Their relationship started around mid-late 2019. Obviously there is nothing wrong with finding all these clips funny now :) Dahyun was together with Nayeon and Tzuyu on Weekly Idol Episode 230. Dahyun also was on Episode 246. In Episode 249 Dahyun was MC in the first segment of the show. In the following episodes Dahyun continued to be an MC. She was basically MC in half of the episodes in 2016.

The Lion King is based on the Shakespeare play 'Hamlet'. Is Kimba based on the same thing? Edit: just looked it up and it seems like it's not the story but certain characters and scenes that were ripped off. Very interesting, I didn't know this.

The female host Hani and Heechul are my favorite hosts of the show. Both of them are so funny and always know how to have fun with other Idols. Hope you can check out EXID someday. Hani is from the group EXID. They are one of my ult groups. Hani is my ultimate bias.

you really need to watch the drama Dream High, in there participates 2 members of 2PM, Taecyeon and Wooyoung, Miss A's Suzy, T-ara's Eunjung, IU and JYP himself, and a lot more of idols making cameos in every episode, there is also a part 2

Hearing Sana speaking with an accent is so weird... I love her Osaka-ben but Busan-ben is a whole new level of cuteness. Japanese and Korean accents and dialects are not comparable to english accents because both languages change completely. They use different verbs, different sentence ending particles and sometimes even different pronouns and grammar. Imagine a dialect where a simple sentence like "I go to school." is like "Me wander schule na." and is still considered to be the same language. Sorry... This is so completely off topic but the one thing that I love more than talking about music is languages... You have no idea how much Sana kills me everytime she speaks! XD

My kdrama recommendations. Firstly, my favourite kdrama Goblin. I recommend watching this as ur first or one of ur first dramas since its a really good drama that introduces some of the norms/tropes of future dramas. My second recommendation is Its okay not to be okay which u can watch on netflix. Another really good drama thats a bit different from the norm which focuses on mental illness, social problems, etc.

Also, it's not that Dahyun and Heechul are close friends, but as I said in my last comment they were part of a segment in Weekly Idol, and they were on the same team, so they spended a good amount of time recording the program. That's why they (the MC's) were more familiar with her than with the rest of the other members.

imo - although there are better kdrama's out there, i think Itaewon Class on Netflix is the best introduction into kdrama's for first timers. that being said, Itaewon Class is fantastic.

Weekly Idol (and Idol Room) are cleverly designed shows. Most idols are shy, so a normal talk show format would not work. In these shows, the structure uses games designed to get them to react and give them permission to show personality through mild stress. It works really well, especially with Doni and Coni as hosts.
