Hello household patrons,

We've been diligently working on two things this month: ROT case 2 setup, and Whiskered pre-production. ROT is currently seeking a voice actress, the role of which can be auditioned for here:

Its open for three more days, and any level of experience is welcome that fits the role!

BUT onto Whiskered... we've been going full throttle into the planning of a music video that will visually cover the first third of the story and act as a trailer, as well as a proof-of-concept video. It will also act as a test-run of the movie pipeline so on a shorter project we can find any obstacles, learn any mistakes, and get valuable experience on how to tackle the same story on a feature-length scale. So far we have:

• recruited a half-dozen artists/animators to help with the storyboarding and character design/development

• created three style frames which are attached to this post. Style frames are a rendered still from the project meant to look as close to the final intentional vision as possible.

• storyboarded the full music video, which is available now for your viewing pleasure.

From these storyboards we'll be working on a shot list and starting on background art, all while ROT case 2 develops and premiers. We're incredibly excited to be sharing this material with you, and will continue to do so as assets are completed. Once the shot list is done, we'll be able to start work on a timeframe for its completion.

This will be one of our most ambitious projects to date, but we have nothing but confidence and enthusiasm with what we've been able to achieve thus far. We'll see you soon!
