I might have been wrong about double charging (Patreon)

I'm trying to make sense of this. It's not charging people as they sign up, but there are a lot of recent charges... some of which are from declined accounts, but not all. Maybe it's just charging people late for last month? I don't know, that doesn't seem to be entirely clear. I was wondering if someone else might have a better time than me making sense of this! I'll go back and compare it to previous months. For all I know this is just a normal thing! I'm just wondering why there are so many late in the month charges.
