Kaylee redux teaser (Patreon)

I think I already announced this, but I wasn't 100% sure that it was happening, and now I am. Butre came to me a while ago, wanting to remake the first 13 chapters of Kaylee. I thought that sounded like a Herculean undertaking, and so I told him we should collaborate on a new comic with the Kaylee characters instead... and we did! The first chapter of The Big Life with Krystal Kloss is coming out at the end of the month.

Since The Big Life turned out so well, I told him to go ahead with the Kaylee remake. I gave him permission to make pretty much any changes he wanted to, but I think the first chapter is going to be a shot for shot remake... and it looks amazing! I've seen the first 25 pages of the comic and they look great. It's about as perfect of an HD a remake as you could hope for, and it have to admit that it really does look way better than the earlier comic chapters on a technical level.

If the rest of the chapter is this good, I think it will be the definitive version of the first chapter, and my own preferred way to read it! He plans to do the same thing for the first 13 chapters. That's a lot of work, and I certainly won't blame him if he doesn't make it all the way through. I figure every chapter he makes is a new way to read it, and something that will introduce new people to the series, so that's a good thing in my book! The new version will be coming to my Patreon subscribers, as well as his. He's putting it on the back-burner for now, and I'm not sure when it will be complete, but I'll let you know as soon as there's a release date.
