Okay, I think I've got the Hazel chapter figured out, and it's basically perfect. The framing story is Hazel talking on a livestream. She tells them about how she went back to the first city she smashed... retracing her steps, seeing the city that's still half-destroyed years later. There's a story within a story, with her telling the cab driver what happened as they drive around, and he becomes increasingly suspicious of who she is. Then, she takes the driver with her to a night club, they drink, and she grows bigger... and finishes the job she started years ago! So it'll have flashbacks to younger Hazel, and it will also have older Hazel growing bigger than before and finishing the job.
