I recently played through Pokemon Diamond & Platinum, and wow do these games have some great songs! As I made my way through the Sinnoh region, I made mental notes when I'd hear a song that hit me just right. I think this one may have hit me FIRST (since you hear it almost immediately), and as I kept hearing it through the game I'd just let the song play and jam to it! The game has plenty of great tunes, and it was hard to pick one to spend the time on, but this one just called to me : )

I have to admit, the intensity of this song made me want to do it. The fast instrumentation, the crazy bass line, the harmonies, syncopated percussion, the straight-up FUNK...it brought me back to what made me want to try vocal video game covers in the first place. "What would this sound like with all voices?" - this question drives me to find interesting tunes to try.
