✦ Plastic Knife Tier + Overall Tier Update! ✦ (Patreon)

The Plastic Knife Tier is a 3$ Tier only for Patreon Access as a cheaper Tier!

It's been a Tier I've been thinking about for awhile that I've finally added! +･.゜。(´∀｀)。゜.･+

In other news, I had planned to update the Tiers but I'm limited in what I can actually change. So I did what I could! The changes are listed below: 

✦ A bigger change, Wooden Dagger has access to Streams! They used to not so that Steel Shortsword had more to it but I ended up feeling bad for limiting Wooden Dagger and I believe Steel Shortsword having Gift Art and Polls gives a lot of benefits already. 

✦ Took Off "Hearty Shout-Out" since now ANYONE who is a Patreon will have their names added to Patreon influenced Posts! 

✦ As you know now, Plastic Knife is a new Tier for anyone interested in Patreon but not Discord! I'm considering a Discord-Only Tier in the future. 

✦ Updated some text, fixed any general issues.
