It’s the weekend people! Hope you have some painting lined up. With the gold finished, I shall be starting the black and silver for your tutorials next week!

I am really happy with the recipe for this gold; because I feel it is easier to replicate and others I have seen and done in the past myself. You don’t need all of the colours to produce a great result like this, but it makes it easier with no mixing. This means you can adjust the approach to your skill level/confidence.

Great tutorial! Question: when I try to follow to get gold NMM effect, it looks great in pictures, but in person, it doesn't look nearly as gold. Are there any tricks that I may be missing or is this somewhat normal?
