Would you mind sharing the recipe used for the cloth tabbards on the Black Templars army commission you did please?

Hi Henry im having a great amount of fun with this tutorial with test models waiting for the new black templars, im just wondering how you did this weathering on the white. Is this just more rhinox hide or is it oil streaks like off of the titanicus videos?
