This is true. I often use my dvd copy to watch along. I look for reactors who watch what i already own more often than not. Having a blurred or part blurred window is best as our clocks will rarely match. I usually match cuts between shots.

Really enjoyed this. I’d recommend that you plan your viewing so that you end on episode six as it is the end of book 2 (Calibans War). My recommendation is 1-3, then 4-6 in the next sitting.

You need to provide more visual cues to allow us to sync up with what you are watching. I have not been able to sync properly with these multi-episode reactions.

2022-01-18 22:33:26 On the note that Richard Moreland brings up - As a viewer and Patron, one thing I've previously found superbly effective was when the channel host had a blurred, silent overlay of the episode visible edited in for us. Personally speaking, I could easily match up the blurred scene with my own episode. Even the blurred subtitles assisted in matching up the moment on my viewing because I could make out the scene and shape. If you're not interested in that whole silent+blurred overlay, MC, then perhaps offer us some realtime episode timing so we can match up mid-episode. Sometimes we get mismatched either from technical issues or real-life pauses! In the current format, it's a little difficult to stay enjoyably synced <3
