they've unblocked it [yay!] but they're claiming all revenue from it and dispute is open for another 28days. i still maintain that i was in my creative rights to create this piece of content under fair use, but because there's an existing claim on it, i can't fight it. i just have to wait and the most money this vid will make is within it's first 30days anyway, which toho will claim. just shocking
