That final shot is Hank looking down at New Vegas over in the Mojave Wasteland, from the game of the same name. Robert House (from RobCo) at the Vault-Tec meeting, ran the strip there before the events of the game, although we don't know the canon ending - that's definitely going to change in season 2 when we find out. One thing I've noticed that nobody's talking about is when Cooper's wife is addressing the meeting about dropping the bombs, she got a message on her Pip-Boy, starts her delivery, and once she gets to the dark part, she completely stiffens up and delivers it with such a dead face, that I think she's been compelled to say those things, and while she might believe in the company mission, there's a chance she's not in charge of this particular venture and is just sticking it out for a good vault placement.

Maximus never thought it was 200 years old. Im confused on why you thought that but at the end, that last shot was "New Vegas" the setting of one of the games, though this show takes place well after the events of the game.

That could be it... definitely she is answering to Mr Vault-Tech and yeah everyone misses that. As far as her complicity goes it doesn't matter at all... the only reason that Vault-Tech started this was for profit. Cold Fusion and Shady Sands are proof that none of it was necessary.

I've been playing Fallout since Fallout 3 was released when I was 9 years old, now I'm 25. I had severe doubts about this show, especially after I watched how the Halo TV Series was butchered by the producers. Avatar the Last Airbender Live action was also a huge disappointment. I finished this series in 2 days after binge watching it and by the end of it I finally had hope for the future. I couldn't be more impressed with the Fallout TV series and now I read any and all news available on Season 2. They couldn't have picked a better cast for the characters and they perfectly captured the theme of the Fallout universe and have stayed true to the timeline (for the most part). As someone who was born and raised in Las Vegas I can't wait for Season 2 since it will be set in New Vegas. I suspect it will be roughly 2 years before Season 2 as it took a little over 2 years to produce Season 1. I'm glad you enjoyed the show and I look forward to seeing you play Fallout 4 and hopefully Fallout New Vegas before Season 2. I also agree that it was the best show of 2024 so far.
