For me this arc when I saw it first time It would have been like a 7 cause the flashbacks really annoyed while watching it first time and for me Sasuke carried the arc a little too much but watching it a second time now I would say it showed me even more how good this arc deepend Sasuke's Character and elevated him for me. I always liked Sasuke more (from looks and coolness of his moves and all) but this arc also showed his personality even more I felt. That's why now I think it would be 8/10 for me because I liked the fights in this less than the fights of the arcs before cause Danzo vs Sasuke and Sasuke vs Raikage (or the other Kage) weren't as enjoyable as for example Naruto vs Pain, Sasuke vs Itachi or Jiraiya vs Pain at least for me. PS. I'm so happy I could skip most of the flashbacks as I binged it cause these would have worsened my opinion of the arc I think xD

Itachi was going blind but the blindness in this case wouldn't transfer with the eyes if that makes sense. When an Uchiha overuses their mangekyo, eventually they will go blind which is what happened to Itachi. Happened with Sasuke too but he overused his really quickly with all the consecutive battles. Itachis blindness doesn't transfer to Sasuke when he takes his eyes. There's a reason but yeah. It just doesnt lol

It's been sad earlier in the show, like someone else mentioned, that if you take the Mangekyo from another person if you have awakened it yourself you get an eternal one. Basically MS + MS= EMS I don't know how it completely works cause normally I would think if you get them you just swapped them with your own eyes but apparently there is more to it xD
