The best OST in shippuden IMO is the main akatsuki one, also get chills from it.

In all of anime, the Akatsuki remains one of the best villain groups to this day designwise and just in sheer awesomeness. Just continue enjoying the series man again try and avoid spoilers. Lol

I dont know who told you the first 50 60 70 episodes are slow lol. Certain arcs are definitely dragged out a bit longer but they aren't slow. There's a lot going on.

about the fillers. there are 2 filler archs that are a must watch. the kakashi and itachi filler arc is just amazing. its further down the line but strongly recomend

Technically its not filler, it's just filling in on their lives from their books. Itachi Shinden and kakashi shinden so i don't they're listed as filler
