You may not remember but Orochimaru put a seal on Naruto back in the forest exam. It was an odd number seal on top of the even number seal Naruto already had which cause his chakra to become unstable while trying to charge it

Remenmber when orochimaru do to naruto in the second stage of chunin exam? Jiraiya just released what orochimaru done. It does not affect the original seal of naruto.

oh also, since you're regularly asking about pronunciation of names, japanese pronunciation is actually really consistent. "a" is pronounced like the "a" in "father". "i" is pronounced like the vowel in "eat". "u" is pronounced like the "oo" in "good". "e" is pronounced like the "e" in "fed". "o" is pronounced like the "o" in "on". "ai" is pronounced like the word "eye", and "ei" is pronounced like "ay". Double vowels are just pronounced by saying the vowel for twice as long. There are only two other things you might get picked up on over (the japanese "r" sound and the small tsu glottal stop, if you want to look them up), but just getting the vowel sounds right will get you 90+% of the way there on pretty much any name you need to pronounce.
