imo this was the perfect ending to the overhaul arc because without his arms he cant ever restore his "father" and all of his plan was to put him back on top meaning his entire operation only helped the league while destroying his life also nighteyes death was really sad but mainly because of the effect on mirio and all might because we didnt get to see that much of him really

Ye I have to agree with your opinion on nighteye, I do think his "vision of Mirio's future" was him making it up (for good reasons though) or at least he didn't see it in that moment, that was how I read it too.
