This is my favorite episode of season 2! It shows you how well animated fights can be in this show and has really good character development for Todoroki, it's so fun! Glad you're enjoying the show

Midoriya wouldn't have been able to fight his next match after all he damaged himself if he would have won. So Todoroki probably would have won via TKO regardless of the final clash

The only thing those concrete slabs really did was dampen the blow of their attacks. If they weren't put up either Todoroki or Deku would've probably died.

For todoroki to be able to beat a full power ofa punch as a teenager really shows how badass he is. If the judges had not intervened in the fight deku would've been been buried in the wall
