Something I like about episode 2 is that it shows you how far Izuku has come since the entrance exam already, not even fazed by the robots anymore. And it shows you the level recommended students are, since Todoroki and Yaoyorozu barely consider the 0-pointers a threat.

I really like the sport festival because it gives these future heroes a taste of what to expect as a hero, for instance the obstacle course represents sudden changes a hero will have to adapt to without hesitation, the cavalry battle representing heroes fighting for the top, not necessarily to be the number 1 hero but to be a top hero is a struggle. Deku really does do well without having to use his quirk, he's a really smart guy which I wish they'd implement more honestly. Great reaction again!
