Full metal alchemist brotherhood is my favorite of the two and undoubtedly better than the original full metal alchemist, though he original is still really good. Its the difference between really good and god-tier when it comes to the two fma anime series.

One of my top 5 anime! (Hunter x Hunter and Haikyuu tied for first, I really can't decide) I honestly prefer Brotherhood over the older anime but Fullmetal Alchemist is a lot darker than Brotherhood but Brotherhood is a lot more accurate to the manga. I also prefer the dub to the sub for Brotherhood, usually I'm a sub person but this dub is just top tier. Also a fun fact: Fuhrer King Bradley's first name is King and his title is Fuhrer, not Fuhrer King which a lot of people didn't know surprisingly. Fuhrer King wouldn't make much sense I think.

This was actually one of the first anime I was able to recommend to someone who usually doesn't like the medium. This story is so good and the anime does the manga such justice it makes one wish that al adaptations were so good. Hope you enjoy it as much as others have!

Definitely FMA:B over 2003 (I read the manga first so 03 paled in comparison). I like the sub better but the dub is good which makes it even easier to recommend to people new to anime. All the songs are absolute bangers as well! I love this series so much, I've probably seen it in full at least 20 times now, if not more.

Finally subscribed to your Patreon, already loving the FMA:B reactions (I love both the sub and dub but hope it stays dub 'cause of the tiny screen in which the episode plays at the bottom of the video), will definitely be following along with every episode released. FMA 03's good, btw, but FMA:B is more accurate to the manga and is my preferred version of the story so I'm glad you're going with this one :)
