There is a lot of new content. Sylvia's quest continues - if you played the last version and ended in cliffhanger, you can now transfer saves (game_dir/wolu/scen001/saves) and open the journal ("J" key) to continue. After the quest is completed, Sylvia will move to your castle and provide various services.

There are also 4 new laws at your village, concerning rites, adultery, primea noctis and militia training. Wikia has a new page, where you can see effects of each law (link in change log). If you have a delivery room built, speak with Marin about breast milk and she will build a milking machine in the room. Only followers in a high stage of pregnancy can be sent there.

Game also has various new visual improvements and bug fixes. Skybox was added for several maps. This is still in experimental/testing phase, but looks good so far. Wikia and change log has been updated, so refer there for more details. Have fun and cheers.
