I'm planning another update for LOH Jake's scenario for this month, as I have a lot of ideas what to add. The main story line will advance further. You will meet new, interesting characters and learn about the background/universe the game is in. I'm also planning to add more content to the mansion and some other, already existing, characters (Kelly, Marion). More details regularly on this page. As usual, the update is planned for the end of this month.

Great. I did report some bugs on the F95 thread, so you might want to take a look at those. Plus I have sent you another animation for consideration. Another bug I have observed is that entering the school as Jake seems to be bugged, so you might want to take a look at that as well.

Thanks for reporting, I will check it out. I will also look into your animation. From the next version, I will change the animation format completely. I will have to also redo an animation tool and make a new tutorial, but for now, old animations can still be used so you can continue to make them if you wish. I'm just letting you know that from next version, anims will have new file type.

No, models and the method remains the same. The difference is in organisational of anims. Now in one file, there can be multiple anims and different npcs will be able to use anims from other npcs.

One more thing I think you should consider is organizing sets as trees rather than as a flat list. This way I think it would be easier to arrange the flow of animations based on what the player could choose to change to two positions from the current position and the animations can be developed in such a way that the first position branches to two different positions and we can build custom transition animations for each. Perhaps a separate tab to arrange sets into trees might be useful.
