Hi Friends,

I decided to talk about something a bit more fun instead of "folder-structures, tokens, naming-conventions" today... I know, some of you were reeaaaallly excited to learn this interesting stuff (being a bit sarcastic here), but anyway...

Let´s learn how to build some really cool underwater plants and how to simulate them!

In case you want to see, how i acheived exactly the result from the artwork above, let me know, and I do a "part 2".

Have a nice weekend and thanks for your support, Best

Markus

Where can I find the “boring” folder structure tips & tricks? Guess I missed that one 🙁

No, don't worry, I just switched the order of tutorials. You get my word: structure tips will be there next week

Hey Marcus and all your other followers. With regard to lining primativesup there is a simpler way. Once you have your first primative (you've got your capsule made longer thinner etc) search your asset browser for Geometry axis and drop this onto your object as a child. You can then move the axis to the bottom of your object. Then all the other object that you dupe will scale from the bottom!

Cheers Marcus - It was driving me mad - this particular thing - and then I found this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZQtb0dKox4

Great! I knew about it but totally ignored it. A good reminder to work more clever and not harder🌠. Thank you

@mark bailey - is this the same as pressing "L" to manually move the axis to the bottom / where you'd like the new centre to be?
