Hi Patrons,

Since I´m doing a brandnew Patreon exclusive Lighting Course, which has just started here on patreon, I´ll give away this old patreon exclusive lesson now also on YouTube. For some of you who are new members and haven´t dig down so deep into my patreon´s hierarchy, this could also be an interesting course. It´s old but still relevant!

And here is a short summary what you will learn in this "Light your Renderings like old Master´s Paintings" video : Learn how to light your scenes with dramatic "Chiaroscuro" Lighting. Maybe some of the old Masters  like Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio and Rembrandt would have worked this way, but of course they would have done it way better then I could! Dont want to compare myself to these Masters of Lighting;-).  Anyway, I just tried to achieve an intense play of light and dark and use light to "sculpt" these beautiful shapes and show the volumes.

Best, Markus

Light your Renderings like old Master´s Paintings: Chiaroscuro in Cinema 4D and Octane

Learn how to light your scenes with dramatic "Chiaroscuro" Lighting. I used Cinema 4D and Octane Renderer, but the rules are universal and apply th all 3D softwares, of course. So feel free to use Blender or just your weapon of choice. Also be sure to check out my patreon https://www.patreon.com/3DBONFIRE to get even more of the good stuff. Tons of tutorials, assets, scenefiles and tips and tricks are just waiting for you;-). Thanks for your Time and Support, Best Markus
